By booking a cleaning or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide residential, commercial, and short-term rental cleaning across Florida. Scope is defined by the package you book plus any add-ons or written agreement.
Booking & payment
All bookings are confirmed by a 5 Stars Cleaning team member. Your card is authorized 24 hours before the visit and charged once the cleaning is complete.
Cancellation
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours we charge 50%; same-day cancellation is the full visit fee.
Satisfaction guarantee
If anything is not done to your satisfaction, notify us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return free of charge to remedy the issue.
Damage & liability
We carry $2M general liability insurance. Report any damage within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the damaged item up to insured limits.
Access
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property. Pets that pose a safety risk must be secured during the visit.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site or our services in ways that violate law or our Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
