Yes, free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours we charge 50%; same-day cancellation is the full visit.

Every cleaner is insured ($2M general liability), bonded, and background-checked before their first booking. COIs are provided for commercial clients on request.
