Our commitment
5 Stars Cleaning is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and build to meet, or exceed, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Accessibility tools on this site
Open the accessibility menu using the round button at the bottom-left of every page, or press Alt + 9. From the menu you can:
- Increase text size, line spacing, and letter spacing
- Switch to a dyslexia-friendly font
- Turn on high-contrast, dark, inverted, or grayscale color modes
- Highlight links and headings
- Show a reading guide that follows your cursor
- Use a larger cursor
- Pause animations and motion
- Boost the keyboard focus ring
Your choices are saved on your device and applied automatically when you return.
What we do behind the scenes
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and labels
- Keyboard support and a "Skip to main content" link on every page
- Visible focus styles and tap targets sized for touch
- Alt text on meaningful images and ARIA labels on icon-only controls
- Color choices reviewed for AA contrast on key text
- Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" setting

Ongoing review
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review new pages and features against WCAG 2.1 AA before they ship, and we re-audit the full site on a recurring basis.
